Managerial Competencies

Managerial competencies focus on the competencies necessary to be an effective manager. They are designed to distill down what the key drivers of what a manager needs to have to be successful. These set of competencies focus on engaging and developing the team, getting results, and build organizational strength. Sample competencies include; Driving Results, Delegation, Coaching, and Process management.

Basic understanding of the Company’s training / coaching program (SOP).

Demonstrates the ability to do ‘close-in’ (on-the-job and in-the-moment) tactical training / coaching on day-to-day work activities.

Basic knowledge of the Company’s training / coaching program (SOP) and training / coaching philosophy, processes, and practices – in general.

Demonstrates the ability to train / coach team members on day-to-day work activities and behaviors that impact results, performance and pay.

Ability to follow competency-aligned training curriculums.
